Among them, the most eye-catching ones are four kinds of automatic container terminal handling systems, namely, the automatic terminal with AGV for horizontal transportation, the automatic / semi-automatic terminal with straddle truck for horizontal transportation, the automatic terminal with stereo handling system for horizontal transportation, and the semi-automatic terminal with truck for horizontal transportation. In Changxing Island base, the newly developed automatic navigation vehicle (AGV) and straddle vehicle attract visitors to stop. The old generation of AGV does not have the self loading and unloading function. In the buffer zone, AGV and rail crane need to wait for each other, which may cause congestion. Therefore, Zhenhua heavy industry has designed the "AGV partner" exchange zone, which can directly load AGV The latest generation of AGV has a rated load of 65 tons, which can handle a single 20 foot, 40 foot or two 20 foot container, realizing energy-saving and environment-friendly automatic terminal operation. Like AGV, straddle vehicles are faced with the embarrassment of high-power internal combustion engine drive. The company has developed low emission, low noise hybrid and even all electric straddle vehicles, successfully solving the problems of high energy consumption and high cost.
So far, Zhenhua heavy industry has sold more than 2000 quayside container cranes (quayside cranes) and more than 3100 wheeled container cranes (yard cranes) to the world. Not only the quantity is considerable, but also the quality is reliable: as one of the green port machinery products, the newly developed low-energy quayside bridge has not seen its shape, so we first heard its name. With the rapid development of container transportation industry, large quayside bridges are widely used in global terminals to improve handling efficiency, but this brings about the problem of high operation energy consumption. Zhenhua ensures the comprehensive performance of products and reduces energy consumption by optimizing design and controlling the weight of the whole machine. The low energy consumption quayside bridge is planned to be put into use by the end of 2011, and the energy saving is expected to reach more than 10%. In addition, the lithium battery yard bridge displayed at the exchange meeting also attracted much attention. The bridge takes high-power lithium battery as the main power source of the bridge, and retains the flexibility and mobility of the conventional bridge. Under the same working conditions, the bridge can save more than 50% of the fuel compared with the traditional diesel unit, and has obvious advantages of energy saving and emission reduction.
